The treatment we received in this store today was awful. I was with my 5-year old son looking for a birthday gift and the attendant kept moving us out of the way and treating us as a bother. It was truly surreal and I refuse to give money to any company with these inhumane tendencies that seem to be taking over Madrid these days.

I am a customer who regularly purchases at this store. Today, I don't know where the new lady got the idea that an item could not be reserved for tomorrow, when I have never had any problem because I always stop by to buy the product. We'll see if I come back because in Serrano they are much friendlier. I don't put a zero, because it doesn't let me.

I just left the store, apart from the fact that it is a tiny little toy store with tiny aisles, there was only one person cashing out, while there was another lady at the checkout next door doing nothing just looking, with a queue that went as far as the entrance. I had reserved a toy, and he arrived for it and in fact it was not reserved, I ask him if he can wrap it for me or I will wrap it and he tells me that this store does not have that service. Where has a toy store been seen on the eve? Christmas, that doesn't have wrapping paper? And on top of that, he offers me to buy one for €1.50 and take the rest or buy a bag from his store for €0.10. What unpresentable ones! I put 1 star because it won't let me put 0!!
